Weight Watchers Day 1

I've signed up online for weight watchers again. I'm even more heavy then last time! YIKES! So here goes nothing!

Breakfast: Scrambled eggs, hashbrowns, salsa, bananas and strawberries : 7 points
lunch: Turkey burger, pickle, cottage cheese: 11 pts

WW week 2 day 1

Today was weigh in day. I was a bit worried about gaining weight back after yesterdays binge but turns out I have lost a total of 3.2 pounds! HURRAY!

Breakfast:
Cereal bar: 3 pts




WW week 1 day 7

Breakfast:
Cereal bar: 3 pts

Lunch:
BBQ sammich (I don't know how many points this is but I figured I'd use up my remaining bonus points today)
Pear cobbler

Dinner:
Santa Fe Chicken: I also don't know how many points this was. If I had to guess I'd say about 8 or so.

Total: ??? I didn't do too good today counting points. Hopefully it doesn't hurt me on the scale tomorrow!

Breakfast:
Special K Honey oat cereal w/2% milk: 4 pts

Lunch:
Today is Martin Luther King Jr. day so Shaun says we have to go to KFC.
Honey BBQ Sammich: 6 pts
Side Mac & Cheese: 4 pts

Snack:
Breakfast bar: 3 pts
Gummy bears: 1 pt

Dinner:
Turkey sammich: 8 pts

Going to water aerobics tonight. I'm excited to work out but I worked at smiths today and I'm starving! At least that's what I think as I see all the food fly by me that people are buying. I can do this!

Snack:
String cheese: 1 pt
Cauliflower cheese: 0 pts

WW week 1 day 5

Breakfast:
Nothing! I was in such a hurry to get to church I didn't get to grab anything! Church was good. I took 4 young women to the beehive house for their sacrament meeting.

Lunch:
Turkey Sammich: 7 pts

Snack:
Breakfast bar: 3 pts
Not having breakfast made me hungry. Plus the smell of delicious BBQ cooking didn't help either. :)

Dinner:
BBQ beef sammiches with coleslaw: 13 points
2 Dove darks: approx 1 pt

WW Week 1 Day 3

I was so hungry when I went to bed last night but I survived. I have today off which is nice. I'm going to have Rebecca do my hair. Not sure what yet. Probably a trim and color it back to my original color. We'll see!

1 scrambled egg: 2 pts

Lunch:
Wendy's Ultimate chicken grill: 8pts

I got called in to work. I really would like a day off but I need the money so I guess I won't get to get my hair done today after all!

Papa Murphys Garlic chicken pizza: 8 pts
Cheesy Bread: 5 pts
